What is it like to be at Time for tango festival?
Get ready for a harmonious and tranquil journey, in the 10th edition of TimeforTango Festival. A long weekend of study and more, immersed in the quietness of the Dobrna Spa area, in Slovenia. The goal? To improve physique and spirit, dancing together.
Price: Starting at €255 for two milongas, 12 classes, 2 nights accommodation, 1 entrance to Sauna Center, free entrance to thermal pools, wi-fi – gym room – tourist tax.

PABLO GOMEZ & LUDMILA SRNKOVA
Pablo (Chile) & Ludmila (Czech Rep.) are the first and only couple in the entire world that dances tango and also plays music as a Tangoduo.
They studied music in Vienna, lived in Buenos Aires and nowadays are based in Berlin, Germany.
At the present time, they travel trough 15 countries around the world teaching, playing live music and performing as tango dancers.
EDWIN OLARTE & VITTORIA FRANCHINA
EDWIN began his career in 2004, and his training led him to study with teachers such as Carlos and Rosa Perez, Ezequiel Paludi, Gabriel Missè, Gustavo Naveira, Daniel Juarez, Fabian Peralta and others. He was Vice Champion at the “International Manizales Championship” and director of the “Tango San Telmo” dance school in the city of Bogota. Edwin has also danced in shows and companies such as “Sabor a Tango”, “Social Tango”, “Buenos Aires Pasion de Tango”, “Cafè de los Angelitos”, “TangoX2”.
VITTORIA started studying at the age of six classical, modern and contemporary dance. In 2012 her passion for the Argentine Tango began, that led her in 2015 to be part of the show “Tiempo de Tango” by Miguel Angel Zotto. In 2017 the collaboration with Edwin begins and together in the same year they make a tour in Europe.
MATTEO PANERO & PATRICIA HILLIGES
MATTEO PANERO and PATRICIA HILLIGES, have been dancing and teaching together since 1998. They have danced for the company “Tango Argentino” in the show “Boulevard Tango”, and with the company “Tango Club” they produced and directed the show “Tango: Chapter IX”, “Alma de Tango”, “Epoca de Oro”. Their purpose is to convey to their students the basics of connecting with your partner through body position and the embrace.
GIOVANNA DI VINCENZO
GIOVANNA DI VINCENZO, is a classic, contemporary, tango, jazz, salsa and flamenco dancer. Formed in Italy in the Centro Regionale della Danza Lyceum Mara Di Fusco, and in England at Rambert School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance and Royal Academy of Dance. She specialized in stage tango in Argentina, first with the Ballet de Mora Godoy and then worked for companies such as “TangOdisea”, “Tangorama” and “Tango Porteño” to the corner of Carlos Gardel, accompanying the master Juan Carlos Copes. She was also a disciple and assistant of the teachers Osvaldo Zotto and Lorena Ermocida.
ALBERTO BERSINI & PAOLA PINESSI
ALBERTO BERSINI and PAOLA PINESSI, are a couple in life and dance; Alberto is dancing for 25 years and has participated in numerous international festivals, and has been a choreographer and dancer in various theater shows including Tango Vivo, and danced with the Viento de Tango orchestras, Four For Tango, in Warsaw Theatres, Krakow, Belgrade and other European theaters. Paola and Alberto danced in “Filmopera QPGA” by Claudio Baglioni for the world tour 2009/2010. They were invited to the Tango Tendencia 2011, chosen among the best 20 pairs of teachers throughout Italy.
MARTIN VICENTE & AYELEN URRUTIA
MARTIN VICENTE, dancer and choreographer, began his career in Tango and Folklore at 8 years old. He is the creator of shows in countries as Argentina, Chile, Peru and Cuba and teacher in Festivals and stages in France, Norway, Austria, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Cuba, Bolivia, Uruguay and Ecuador.
AYELEN URRUTIA, began her professional ballet career at 10 years old; she danced for the Ballet Concierto created by Inaki Urlezaga; in 2010 she enters as Tango dancer in Caffè Tortoni (Buenos Aires) and in 2013 she becomes the figure of Tango in the Company Mambo Entertainment Group in Macao – China.
MARCO PALLADINO & LARA CARMINATI
MARCO PALLADINO started dancing Tango Argentino in 1996 studying with the best Argentine masters. Marco has been finalist in the IV Championship of Mundial del Tango in Buenos Aires in the Tango Salon and Tango Escenario categories. He collaborates with groups and non-profit organizations and evening performances to support charities benefiting children.
LARA CARMINATI, began dancing classical ballet at 8 years old, experimenting also in other disciplines including jazz dance and flamenco. In 2008 she approached Argentine Tango. In 2012 and 2013 she had reached the final at the Italian championships of Argentine Tango for the Salon category. Since 2013 she has been dedicating full time to teaching, transforming her passion into professionalism and starting her artistic collaboration with Marco Palladino.
JUAN CARLOS MARTINEZ & NORA WITANOWSKY
JUAN CARLOS MARTINEZ and NORA WITANOWSKY, come from different artistic formations: Nora, worked for 10 years in the contemporary dance company “Vivomina Dance” directed by Cristina Gomez Comini, and she continues to teach classic ballet, jazz, contemporary and Tango at the National University of Cordoba. Juan Carlos Martínez, Folklore Argentino dancer and Latin American, he integrates professionally Grand Ballet Argentino “Cordoba” and the Ballet Nacional de Buenos Aires. They have worked in Pasiones, Forever Tango, and Compañia Tanguera. In 2005, they created their own training, the company Argentina TANGO ART, staging their shows; in 2006 they realized a U.S. Tour with the company “Forever Tango”. Several times finalists in the championship “Mundial de Tango de Bs As”, both in the Salon category, which in Escenario.
DANIEL OVIEDO & MARIANA CASAGRANDE
With 17 years of career together, DANIEL and MARIANA traveled all over the world taking their art. In Buenos Aires they worked in the mythical Houses of Tango, traveled through Japan, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Brazil, France taking their art through theaters, with incredible Dance Courses and orchestras, joining their dance and their magic in the most important scenarios of the world. Dynamics, musicality, speed, sensuality and synchrony are what characterize them in the 2X4 rhythm, taking the public and the students to a journey of emotions every time they see their dance.

LISA COSTA
LISA approached tango in 2010, first as a dancer and then as tdj Resident for Socialtango (Trento), and afterwards as tdj in many Italian milongas. Her selections are developed during the events in accordance with the emotions reciprocally transmitted. The selection include songs from the ‘30s and onward, traditional tango, with tandas and cortinas.

GIANNI GIBERTI alias “GIBO” is one of the most appreciated and popular Tjs in Italy and abroad. ANGELITO
ANGELO BUSO, alias “ANGELITO”, born in Venice in 1960, has always been passionate about music. In 2006 he entered the world of Tango, first as a dancer, then as a DJ; he is the founder and resident DJ of the Cultural Association “Tango Tres Porteños” of Cavallino Treporti (Venezia).
